Our mobile valeting service includes exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles at the location specified by the customer. Services may include washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, interior surface cleaning, and other related services as agreed upon.

  1. Booking:

Customers can book our services through our website, or by contacting our customer service team. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

  1. Pricing:

The pricing for our services is based on the size and condition of the vehicle, as well as the specific services requested. All prices are clearly outlined on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice. We may add additional charges once arriving to site if your vehicle is in particularly bad condition which aren’t specified at the time of booking. 

  1. Payment:

Payment for services is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  1. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for providing access to a suitable location for the valeting service to be performed. This includes ensuring there is adequate space for our team to work safely and efficiently.

  1. Liability:

We take every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers’ vehicles during the valeting process. However, we are not liable for any damage to the vehicle that is pre-existing or occurs during the service, unless caused by our negligence.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee:

We strive to provide high-quality valeting services to all our customers. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will work to resolve any issues.

  1. Data Protection:

We respect the privacy of our customers and will only use personal information provided for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not share customer information with third parties without consent.

  1. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via our website or other communication channels.
